Can't connect outside localhost

I just installed freedit on my fedora server using server version and not desktop version. This does not have a web browser or even a gui. So I installed it and ran it sucessfully. It says listening on 127.0.0.1:3001. I tried connecting to it via a web browser on another machiene on the same network. http://[IP_ADDR], https://[IP_ADDR], https://[IP_ADDR]:3001, and http://[IP_ADDR]:3001 all donโt work. I opened port 3001 to tcp requests outside the device (not connecting to localhost) still nothing. I tried running httpd on systemctl still nothing. This seems like a configuration issue. What am I doing wrong?
