If there are many advertising spam posts freedit currently has no effective way to manage

@freedit Is it possible to add the @user function when posting? Currently you can only @ a user in a reply. When you want to remind a user to read a post, you can’t @ them when you post, you can only @ them again in a reply.

There is no silver bullet to anti-spam. In my opinion, if your inn is too popular to get spammed, you’d better change its type to Apply.

Or in the future, just add captcha to limit user’s input.

And I won’t fix a problem that doesn’t exist yet.
